Scoring is all or nothing. Full points or zero on each criterion. No partial credit.
This sheet totals 100 points. Passing is 80 or higher AND no automatic-failure item marked U.
Pressure criteria are satisfactory within ±10 psi of the required PDP.
Timing begins when you apply the air (parking) brake at the initial apparatus position.
Timing ends when you announce all required lines and supplies are flowing at the set pressures and you step back from the pump panel.
Exceeding the maximum time is an automatic failure, regardless of points earned to that point.
You must pass each scenario to progress to the next. You must pass all four scenarios to pass the practical. A failure on any single scenario fails the entire evaluation.
The evaluator may stop the evaluation at any time for an unsafe act. A terminated evaluation is a failure.

Required PPE (helmet, gloves) not donned before any line is charged.
Wheel chock not set properly before any hand-line or supply line is charged.
Apparatus not secured — pump not in gear, parking brake not set — before dismount.
Apparatus allowed to move unintentionally at any point.
Any line, appliance, or system pressurized beyond its rated working pressure.
Maximum time for the scenario exceeded.
Any act the evaluator judges would cause injury to personnel or damage to equipment.
